Notice of Cyber Security Incident - Automatic Funds Transfer Services, Inc. (AFTS): Northshore Utility District (NUD) was notified today (February 9, 2021) of a cyber security incident involving its payment processing vendor, Automatic Funds Transfer Services, Inc. (AFTS). The AFTS servers were illegally accessed by an encrypted ransomware attack, occurring between February 3, 2021 and February 4, 2021. Payment can be made on the website or in person by credit card. We do not accept credit card payments over the telephone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, & Discover.
Please note: There is NO FEE for payment amounts under $1,000; any amount over $1,000 is assessed the bank's 3% transaction fee.

Outside Drop Box
Payments made after hours may be made at one of the two drop boxes at our District office - by the front office doors and in front of the flag pole in the District parking lot.
Drop box payments are collected once per day at 8:00 a.m. If you need your payment posted immediately, please pay inside or by credit card on the website. *For your safety, please do not leave cash payments in drop box.

Automatic Funds Transfer
With this program, your payment is transferred directly from your checking account to NUD bi-monthly.
