To utilize the benefits of our new Customer Web Portal you must register your account to gain access. Registration is necessary for all customers including those with an existing account login.

Account Management Instructions

Changing Account Information

Make changes to account information such as billing address, adding names and multiple accounts on the new Customer Web Portal, or call (425) 398-4402.

Starting Water and Sewer Service

To start service, call (425) 398-4402 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm).

Property owners are responsible for outstanding balances on their accounts. Property owners may request a duplicate bill to be provided to tenants of rental properties.

Cancelling Water or Sewer Service

Typically, services are not turned off when ownership changes. The account information is normally transferred to the new owner. In most cases, the Escrow Agent will request a final bill through the District. The seller should confirm the final bill request process with the Escrow Agent. New owners may contact the District to confirm billing address, phone number, email, etc. Tenants of rental properties may also request a final bill by submitting a completed Final Bill Request.

There is a final billing fee ($32.00 metered and $11.00 unmetered) for all special billings.
