Project Description & Update As Of OCTOBER 28, 2025

Schedule A consists of the following work:

Replacement of 1967 cast iron water main, water meter, and update the fire hydrant. Access is maintained to residents’ traffic, mail service, garbage, and emergency vehicles when necessary.

The work is ongoing. The contractor has installed the new water main into the neighborhood and will be setting a vault and meter soon.

Schedule B consists of the following work:

The new manhole 6-inch PVC sewer pipe has been installed and the area has received asphalt patch restoration.

Schedule C consists of the following work:

Asphalt grind and overlay of the areas disturbed is planned directly after completion of all the installations and connections, if weather allows. Wet or cold weather could postpone the final asphalt overlay until Spring of 2026; however all trenches will be hot patched before the contractor moves off the site.
