The DPPA offers payment arrangements to assist customers with past-due balances.

Other Customer Assistance Programs
If you are facing financial hardship and unable to pay your bill, you may be able to request utility bill assistance from one of the following local agencies. Your past due reminder letter or shut off notice will be required when applying for aid with these organizations.
