Water Rates

The following classifications were adopted for all billings effective March 10, 2008.

The bimonthly water service charge includes a fixed base rate and a usage charge based on water consumption. The base rate for residential water customers shall be charged based on the number of dwelling units. The base rate for water service to non-residential properties shall be determined by meter size. The usage charge for all service classes is based on volume of water consumed during the bimonthly billing period. The usage charge ranges from $2.00 to $4.75 per 100 cubic feet of water usage.

NOTE: Homes of more than 10,000 sq feet will be billed at Class 13 or 14 depending on the meter size.
