Establishing or Canceling Service

In order to establish or cancel water or sewer service with Northshore Utility District, please contact the Finance Department at (425) 398-4400.

If you prefer to do so in person, please visit our office at 6830 NE 185th St in Kenmore during our normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
