ENGINEERING
The Engineering Department is responsible for the planning, design, and construction
of District-funded capital improvements and for the design review and construction
inspection of developer-funded utility extensions. In conjunction with these activities,
Engineering maintains a set of design standards and specifications for both the water and
sewer systems. In addition, the Engineering Department is responsible for creating and maintaining key
District records, including utility maps and District files. Click on any of the links
