CIPP Sewer Rehabilitation

The project consists of the following work: 

Schedule A of the project includes the trenchless rehabilitation of sewer mains utilizing Cured In-Place Pipe (CIPP) technology totaling approximately 15,500 linear feet (LF) of 8” diameter pipe, 9,600 LF of 10" diameter pipe, 5,900 LF of 12” diameter pipe, 1,725 LF of 15" diameter pipe and 2,400 LF of 18" diameter pipe.  In addition to the sewer main rehabilitation, and the trenchless reinstatement of sewer laterals, the work also includes the remote grouting of about 275 lateral sewer connections.  Schedule A consists of roughly 174 pipe runs that are located in approximately 20 different sites situated throughout the District in the City of Kirkland and in the City of Kenmore in King County, Washington.

Schedule B of the project involves the trenchless rehabilitation of sewer mains utilizing Cured In-Place Pipe (CIPP) technology totaling approximately 565 LF of 8” diameter pipe, 2,650 LF of 12” diameter pipe, 3,750 LF of 15" diameter pipe and 1,825 LF of 18" diameter pipe.  In addition to the sewer main rehabilitation, and the trenchless reinstatement of sewer laterals, the work also includes the remote grouting of about 17 lateral sewer connections.  Schedule B consists of roughly 34 pipe runs that are located in approximately 5 different sites situated throughout the District in the City of Kirkland in King County, Washington.

Schedule C of the project includes the trenchless rehabilitation of sewer mains utilizing Cured In-Place Pipe (CIPP) technology totaling approximately 300 LF of 14” diameter pipe and 5,600 LF of 18" diameter pipe.  In addition to the sewer main rehabilitation, and the trenchless reinstatement of sewer laterals, the work also includes the remote grouting of about 11 lateral sewer connections.  Schedule C consists of roughly 27 pipe runs that are located in 2 different sites situated throughout the District in the City of Kirkland in King County, Washington.

Approximate locations of the proposed improvements are shown on the project construction plans.

The engineer’s construction cost estimate is $3,250,000.00 including sales tax.
